About The Position

This Employee will be responsible for ensuring materials are moved to production, finished goods are packaged out per customer specifications while following company standards, and work in various areas of the plant including machine operation and case goods. Direct contact with departmental supervisor or manager, if necessary, with periodic evaluations as needed.

Requirements

• Safely and efficiently operate a high-lo and pallet jack
• Safe machine operation including back up for saw, Edge bander, CNC
• Repetitive motion, able to bend, stoop, push/pull, reach, grasp, twist, and lift up to 50 pounds daily
• Able to stand all day
• Basic computer, math, reading skills and comprehension
• Able to learn quality standards in an organized fashion
• Following directions/procedures and knowledge of product
• Communication within department and with Managers/Supervisors
• Excellent attendance
• Operate a powered industrial truck
• Ability to read measuring tape
• Attention to detail
• Safe working habits
• Effective and accurate communication
• Ability to pass a drug screening and a background screening
• Other duties as assigned
