Support roles include Saw, Briquetter, Parser, Job Coordinator, Material Handler, Receiving and Shipping.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalency
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong focus on safety and quality initiatives
  • Industrial manufacturing experience preferred

  • Ability to work independently as well as contributing to the team
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret drawings and blueprints
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form
  • Ability to deal with problems involving variables in standardized situations
  • Ability to organize time effectively, determine priorities, and move work forward
  • Understanding of basic metrology
  • Knowledge of bearing isolators is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to identify problems and suggest effective resolutions
  • Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Properly complete required paperwork
  • Participate in daily preventative maintenance and cleaning schedule
  • Complete assigned support tasks
