Support roles include Saw, Briquetter, Parser, Job Coordinator, Material Handler, Receiving and Shipping.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalency
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- Basic computer skills
- Strong focus on safety and quality initiatives
- Industrial manufacturing experience preferred

- Ability to work independently as well as contributing to the team
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret drawings and blueprints
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving variables in standardized situations
- Ability to organize time effectively, determine priorities, and move work forward
- Understanding of basic metrology
- Knowledge of bearing isolators is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to identify problems and suggest effective resolutions
- Strong communication skills
