Fueled by our aspiration to deliver accelerated growth for our company and to make people’s lives better, there’s never been a more exciting time to join the team and shape the future of AstraZenec Join our dynamic Operations team as a Material Handler, where you'll follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in daily activities. Your role will involve receiving, picking, shipping, equipment monitoring, and material control. You'll also have the opportunity to revise SOP’s, initiate and complete deviations, and provide leadership to other team members.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 0-2 years experience

Nice To Haves

  • Class C commercial drivers license (CDL) with hazmat endorsement required.
  • Training and certification in shipment of hazardous materials and forklift operation.
  • Some college course work in Business, Life sciences.

Responsibilities

  • Delivery for production at GPF
  • Managing the expired material program
  • Supporting freeze/thaw activities
  • Handling non-GMP and GMP shipments (including hazmat)
  • Controlling cell bank
  • Intrasite transport of DS and kits
  • On call for after-hours cell phone support
