In this role, you’ll help ensure accurate and efficient product distribution within our healthcare network — supporting hospitals, clinics, and patients across the country. (No waiting period on Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance) The anticipated pay range for this role is as follows: Equipment Operators: $18/hr PLUS Additional 8% differential Shifts Available: Sunday: 5PM-130AM, Monday/Tuesday/ Wednesday: 4PM-1230AM and Friday: 4PM - 1230AM OFF Thursday & Saturday Sunday: 5PM-130AM Monday/Tuesday: 4PM-130AM Thursday/Friday: 4PM-1230AM OFF Wednesday & Saturday

Requirements

Prior warehouse or distribution experience required.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Comfortable standing, walking, squatting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Willing to learn warehouse systems and new material handling equipment.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Ability to work overtime, nights, or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

Operate material handling equipment, including cherry picker, reach truck, double reach, sit down forklift, and motorized pallet jack
Unload, receive, and process inbound shipments
Perform bin replenishment and move product throughout the distribution center to support efficient workflow
Prepare and maintain accurate pick locations
Pick, pack, sort, and load outbound orders according to customer requirements
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on time
