Location/Division Specific Information: Santa Clara, CA /BPG - SUD Work Shift: Monday thru Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm What will you do? As a Material Handler II, you will support manufacturing and shipping operations by ensuring materials and finished systems are accurately received, stored, staged, and shipped.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of materials, warehouse, and/or manufacturing-related experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, including safety manuals, SOPs, and work instructions.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet or database tools.
  • Ability to utilize both manual and integrated ERP systems.
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 lbs or more.
  • Work performed in an air-conditioned office environment and occasionally in a non–temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Intuitive experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Pick, pull, and stage finished goods and completed systems for shipment.
  • Receive materials and distribute them to appropriate locations (e.g., IQC, purchase requestor, stockroom).
  • Perform receiving, stocking, and material handling activities in support of manufacturing operations.
  • Organize and maintain the stockroom and other assigned storage locations under the direction of manager/supervisor.
  • Conduct daily cycle counts of material locations, records and report discrepancies/results to the Inventory Clerk.
  • Provide packaging support as needed to meet business demands.
  • Load and unload crates using a forklift.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
