Primary roles include the strapping and wrapping of LTL shipments as well as loading them onto their corresponding trailers. Requirements
- High School Diploma is required.
- Basic math skills, i.e. (adding, subtracting and percentage calculations)
- Minimum 1 year experience in a material handling position. Distribution environment preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Has high attention to detail.
- Capacity to retain information.
- Has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for making decisions on the method of shipping the product based on the best interest of Visual Comfort and customer
- Creates and prepares shipping documentation, including Bills of Ladings, shipping labels, and export paperwork
- Routes outgoing shipments through various methods and schedules transportation of shipments
- Physically capable of strapping products to pallets
- Operates PIT to transport pallets onto trailers.
- Strive to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- Efficiently coordinate outbound shipments
- Other duties as assigned
