Material Handler I 📍 Location: Sussex, WI 🕖 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Dependable. Focused. Forklift‑Experienced. We’re looking for a reliable and task‑focused Material Handler I to join our team in Sussex, WI. This role is a great fit for someone who takes pride in showing up consistently, staying on task, and safely operating a forklift in a manufacturing environment. Requirements

Forklift experience is required (manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred)
Dependable and consistent—strong attendance and follow‑through are essential
Able to stay focused and on task in a structured, fast‑paced environment
Detail‑oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality
Working knowledge of shipping and warehouse operations in manufacturing
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems or programs
Self‑motivated team player who can multitask when needed
Willing to flex hours occasionally to meet customer or business needs
Safety‑minded and committed to maintaining a clean, organized workspace
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 6 months of related experience in a technically oriented, manufacturing, or warehouse role
Forklift experience required (certification a plus, but not required if experience is demonstrated)

Responsibilities

Transport materials into, out of, and throughout assigned departments
Operate a forklift and other powered equipment to safely load, unload, and move materials
Load and unload materials onto pallets, trays, racks, or shelving
Use barcode scanners accurately and follow inventory movement procedures
Identify and report barcode or shelf label issues to leadership
Support inventory accuracy by identifying errors and assisting with resolution
Perform inventory and cycle counts as required
Report discrepancies promptly and accurately
Maintain clean, organized work areas in accordance with safety standards
Perform other job‑related duties as assigned (reasonable accommodations provided)
