In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Safely operate stand-up and LP forklifts and other material handling equipment to move raw materials and unfinished goods through the manufacturing process. Supply production lines with the raw materials and components needed to support daily schedules. Maintain and stage kit carts, ensuring materials are clearly labeled, organized, and ready when needed. Follow established receiving procedures to verify, document, and store incoming materials accurately. Maintain accurate knowledge of part numbers and home locations to support efficient material retrieval and replenishment. Manage, consolidate, and organize inventory in the stockroom and other assigned areas to support 6S and Lean Manufacturing standards. Participate in physical inventory and related activities, including counts, reconciliations, and variance investigations as needed. Use lift-assistance equipment to handle products weighing more than 50 pounds, always prioritizing safe work practices. Meet established efficiency, quality, and productivity expectations while maintaining a clean, organized work area. Support a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify work, reduce waste, and improve material flow. Perform additional or updated duties as business needs evolve.
