Material Handler – Cycle Count Restocker First Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. | On-Site in DeForest, WI Do you find comfort in routine, consistency, and keeping things in order? This role might not be flashy, but it’s absolutely essential, and perfect for someone who thrives in a predictable environment and likes knowing exactly what’s expected each day.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Confidence with basic PC operations
  • Physical stamina to lift up to 75 lbs., carry 40 lbs., and stay active throughout the day. Note, this position is physically intensive!
  • Ability to bend, squat, twist, climb, and reach comfortably during a shift
  • Solid math skills and strong attention to detail
  • A self-starter who works well independently and keeps productivity high
  • Flexibility to work overtime when needed

Nice To Haves

  • prior order-picker certification
  • AS400 experience

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cycle counts of inventory using a live system
  • Replenish products from warehouse stock into the main pick areas with accuracy and speed
  • Rotate inventory to ensure product freshness and accessibility
  • Keep pick zones organized and picker-friendly
  • Use documentation and computer systems to track movement and stock levels
  • Support warehouse operations with occasional additional tasks
