About The Position

The material crib attendant is responsible for warehouse operations including receiving, organizing and issuing all incoming material, location arrangements of material, 5S, cycle counts, and other related duties assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• 5S, storage environment, location arrangement of class B-F material in warehouse and chemical warehouse, following all warehouse management rules and regulations.
• Receiving, organizing, and classified storage of Class B, C, D, E, F material.
• Distribution of raw material for production team following production schedules.
• Retrieval and stacking of the material empty containers. Regularly inform supplier for returning of empties. (Warehouse supervisor support).
• Responsible for retrieval of chemical material empty containers, refilling empty chemical bottles and informing EHS to contact supplier for recycling.
• Conduct weekly inventory count for material inventory to ensure physical inventory matches with system inventory. Responsible for consistency of the physical-system inventory match. Anything not matching is found, find the cause and follow up to solve it.
• Organize material locations, moving stocks accordingly for FIFO. Submit Expired Inventory Test Application for expired material and arrange the product according to test result.
• Inspect the material storage quality regularly (environment, expired or OK status, unqualified management). Keep good inspection records and improve any un-conformance items. Handle unqualified products following upper management's instruction or report.
• Conduct monthly inventory count, summarizing, analyzing, adjusting, and implementing the improvement for inventory count result. And submit inventory count summary to Warehouse Supervisor for review. Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
