Location: West Texas / Permian Basin Type Full Time - Warehouse / Field General Information/Job Summary: Must have knowledge of and be able to coordinate the transfer of materials, parts and finished products between various work areas and warehouse. Ensure material inventory levels are sufficient to meet production schedules. Assist other departments/team members. Responsibilities: Responsible for a broad range of duties related to inventory and the oversight of materials. Inspect and record shipments of material and equipment. May also handle the processing of work orders and expedite shipping and distribution processes. Responsible for the routine shipping and receiving tasks. Compile reports of inventory supplies for management review. Ensure proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies. promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices. Sort and counts parts and supplies and logs inventory. Ensure correct parts are kept in the appropriate quantities to support production and assembly requirements. Willingness to assist other teams’ members in parts in other material handling functions. Responsible for the continuous supply of materials to one or more production or assembly areas. Transport requested material. Requirements Prefer 4 years’ experience as a Material Coordinator/Inventory Administration Ability to communicate well with Site staff and PM. Proficient with emails, Microsoft and excel spread sheets. The ability to read construction drawings. Be very organized with bill of lading and material traceability reports. The ability to work under pressure. Work on project Monday through Saturday, 10 hrs. a day. Be able to receive and document company provided materials. Assist the onsite Quality Control with material traceability reports. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to walk the property and laydown yards. Ability to carry up to 50 pounds.
