About The Position

Are you organized, hands-on, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a Material Coordinator to help ensure materials, tools, and inventory are ready and available for our crews and jobsites.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel; ERP experience a plus)
• Safety-focused with attention to detail
• Forklift/telehandler experience or willingness to obtain certification

Responsibilities

• Stage and pull materials by job to support daily jobsite needs
• Track inventory movement and process returns accurately
• Receive and organize vendor deliveries and jobsite materials
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized yard and shop area
• Manage tools and safety supplies
• Support team operations and assist where needed
