Position Summary The Material Coordinator performs support tasks for the manufacturing plant. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Entering data into SAP database about quantities of issued and transferred parts Resolving job/segments shortage discrepancies Receiving manufactured parts into stock and issue out to upcoming jobs Assisting in daily tasks to assure productivity efficiency Identifying parts through the use of UKG and drawings Update daily Sr. Management on status of shortages on the segments Investigate missing stock parts needed for work orders and sales orders Monitor and keep an updated shortage list available for the Shipping Management team Work with every department to resolve shortages to close job/segments in time Inform shipping of any findings to help segments ship on time Employees are responsible to comply with all requirements of Daifuku’s QMS policies and procedures. Employees are to ensure sustainable process outputs that drive continuous improvement to provide leading industry performance and exceptional customer satisfaction
