About The Position

What You Will Be Doing Ship and receive materials from multiple sources, maintain accurate transaction histories, maintain consumable stock levels, prepare and pack outgoing materials, maintain inventory per electronic database, apply LM property tags on assets as required, preform inventory audits, provide periodic reports as required, stock shelves, populate kits with consumables and generate labeling, generate shippers, provide tracking info, reconcile discrepancies. Tasks will include support inventory, storage, and issuing of program parts and materials in support of F-22 Depot Operations on Hill AFB. Personnel shall check cargo in from delivered stock against appropriate shipping-receiving documents. Identify damaged shipments upon receipt; reconcile normal discrepancies and refer more serious items to F-22 Depot Operation Technical Lead. Store materials following established procedures and other duties as assigned. The individual will also be responsible for notifying the AFS Site Manager of any major or recurring problems. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work independently, must be a self-starter, must be able to communicate effectively with peers, customers, and senior management. Must have an ability to obtain and retain U.S. Government Security Clearance at the Secret level Must be a US Citizen. Requirements

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Material control / Supply /Inventory
Warehouse & supply chain management experience
MS Office skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Access
Valid Driver’s License
Must have an ability to obtain and retain U.S. Government Security Clearance at the Secret level
Must be a US Citizen
