This Material Associate position involves loading and unloading materials, documenting inventory, operating equipment, and working as part of a production team.

Requirements

  • Ability to operate a forklift
  • Ability to document inventory
  • Ability to operate motor equipment safely and maintain it with care
  • Ability to work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Ability to observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management
  • Ability to follow all written and verbal instructions
  • Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
  • Ability to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload trailers with use of forklift
  • Load and unload material by hand from pallets, trays, racks, conveyors, and machines
  • Stack or assemble material
  • Document inventory as required
  • Operate motor equipment safely and maintain it with care
  • Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management
  • Follow all written and verbal instructions
  • Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
  • Must be able to perform work that is repetitive in nature
  • Able to work overtime as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
