About The Position

Midwest Hose & Specialty is seeking a dependable and hardworking Hose Cutter / Production Associate to join our team in Oklahoma City. This position is responsible for cutting hoses to required lengths while assisting with material handling tasks such as pulling, lifting, stacking, and organizing hose inventory. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a physically demanding warehouse or production environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read measurements and follow written or verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift, pull, and move materials up to 50+ lbs regularly.
• Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movement.
• Ability to handle large hose rolls and stack materials safely.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse or production environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Measure and cut hoses to specified lengths according to production orders.
• Pull hose from inventory and stage materials for cutting and processing.
• Lift, move, and stack hoses and related materials safely and efficiently.
• Operate cutting equipment and tools while following safety procedures.
• Inspect hoses for defects or damage before and after cutting.
• Maintain accurate counts and ensure orders are completed correctly.
• Organize and maintain a clean work area in the warehouse or production floor.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies and operational procedures.
• Support other production or warehouse tasks assigned.
