Job Description Job Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams in a high-volume environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work flexible shifts, including rotation between shifts as needed Preferred Qualifications Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Experience working in a unionized environment Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies Work Environment Onsite role within a manufacturing facility No travel required Fast-paced, team-oriented production environment
