Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Master Scheduler II Estimated annual base pay: $72,000 (minimum) - $93,000 (midpoint) - $115,000(maximum) All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity. 401(k) match (4.5%) Annual Woodward stock contribution (5%) Tuition reimbursement and Training/Professional Development opportunities for all members 12 paid holidays, including floating holidays. Requirements

  • Production Planning: A Master Scheduler II develops and maintains detailed production schedules to meet organizational goals and customer demand effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Production Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive master production schedules to ensure timely availability of products in alignment with demand forecasts.
  • Cross Department Coordination: Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and sales teams to synchronize production activities and address any scheduling conflicts or resource constraints.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, adjust production plans as necessary, and implement strategies to optimize stock levels, minimizing both shortages and excess inventory.
  • Schedule Optimization: Analyze production data and workflows to identify opportunities for improving efficiency, reducing lead times, and enhancing overall schedule reliability.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and distribute detailed scheduling reports to stakeholders, and communicate any changes or potential delays effectively to ensure all parties are informed and aligned.
