Requirements

Must have five years of production and scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

Schedule all machines to ensure on-time deliveries for customers at the highest rate of production efficiency possible.
Provides clear definition of production demand to Plant leadership for manning purposes.
Participates in the development of detailed, achievable production schedules, measures and reports performance to schedule.
Plans, schedules, and coordinates production through affected areas such as inventory control, manufacturing and project management.
Work closely with Sales, Operations and Purchasing to meet customer demand.
Support sales goals, inventory control and capacity forecasting.
Coordinate the acquisition of materials and components as required to support the production floor.
Serve as the main point of contact for commitment dates.
Communicate proactively with affected internal customers as issues occur.
Identifying root causes of scheduling problems and correcting them.
Cross-train with other members of the Service Department.
Other duties as assigned.
