JRI’s Children's Friend and Family Services division is committed to assisting families and their children who are dealing with substantial behavioral, emotional, and mental health challenges. Our mission is to ensure they can access the vital services necessary for them to flourish at home, in school, and within their communities. The pay range for this position is $50,000 to $75,000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future. Sign-on Bonus: We are offering a $2,000 sign on bonus paid out in full after 6 months of employment. Schedule: This position’s schedule is flexible based on your availability and that of the client or family. This flexibility in a full-time role allows staff members to meet their personal needs while also serving the community effectively. JRI Provides The Training So That: You will provide in-person outpatient therapy to children and adults, including telehealth. You will help individuals achieve their best selves in their homes and communities. You will work with clients of diverse diagnostic profiles and explore suitable treatment modalities (individual, couples, or family therapy). You will deliver trauma-informed, and confidential clinical services focused on client needs. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team to develop effective strategies for client support, engage in treatment, and attend case conferences and discharge meetings. Why JRI?
