About The Position
The Acute Care team provides intervention and support to individuals who are experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Develop skills in risk assessment, crisis management, and effective referral practices.
