JRI’s Community Based Services division is dedicated to providing care that helps families and their children who face significant behavioral, emotional, and mental health challenges access essential services for success at home, in school, and within the community. Our staff delivers services within the communities of those we serve, focusing on strength-based, needs-driven choices. We adopt a team-based, collaborative approach grounded in individualized services and evidence-based practices. You will provide community-based services like family therapy, in-home therapy, and case management. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team to identify effective strategies for client support. You will create interventions to enhance family support for youth, potentially preventing hospitalization. You will build a strength-based therapeutic relationship among clinicians, youth, and families to address behavioral health needs. You will deliver trauma-informed, and confidential clinical services focused on the young person's needs. You will consult with collateral parties, including schools and medical providers. You will work with a treatment team to find the best approaches for client support in the community.
