About The Position

Who We Are Looking For: Are you the Master’s Level Clinician/Therapist we’ve been searching for? In this role, you will be able to convey your passion for helping others by working with people in the community! JRI’s Behavioral Health Centers provide comprehensive assessment and treatment to individuals and families of all ages as well as specialized services to young children and their families with trauma histories. We provide care to a supportive community serving a wide variety of genders, cultural backgrounds, languages, and ethnic backgrounds. Compensation The pay range for this position is $50,000 to $75,000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future. JRI Provides The Training So That: YOU will be able to provide outpatient therapy to children and adults through in person clinic services as well as telehealth. YOU will support individuals in becoming their best selves within the structure of their home and communities. YOU will work with clients with a variety of diagnostic profiles to explore the treatment modalities that work best for each client. Therapy styles may include individual, couples or family therapy in the outpatient setting. YOU will provide culturally competent, trauma informed, confidential clinical services that place the needs of the client at the center of your practice. YOU will serve as a member of a multi-disciplinary treatment team that works together to find the best and most effective methods of guiding and supporting clients within the community. With this team you will participate in client treatment, case conferences and discharge meetings. Why JRI? Be who you are! Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling from an accredited college or university required.
• Clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) or able to sit for clinical licensure required.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle as transporting youth is required.
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.
