JRI’s Behavioral Health Centers provide comprehensive assessment and treatment to individuals and families of all ages as well as specialized services to young children and their families with trauma histories. We provide care to a supportive community serving a wide variety of genders, cultural backgrounds, languages, and ethnic backgrounds. Compensation The pay range for this position is $50,000 to $75,000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future. JRI Provides The Training So That: YOU will be able to provide outpatient therapy to children and adults through in person clinic services as well as telehealth. YOU will support individuals in becoming their best selves within the structure of their home and communities. YOU will work with clients with a variety of diagnostic profiles to explore the treatment modalities that work best for each client. Therapy styles may include individual, couples or family therapy in the outpatient setting. YOU will provide culturally competent, trauma informed, confidential clinical services that place the needs of the client at the center of your practice. YOU will serve as a member of a multi-disciplinary treatment team that works together to find the best and most effective methods of guiding and supporting clients within the community. With this team you will participate in client treatment, case conferences and discharge meetings. Why JRI? Be who you are! Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling from an accredited college or university required. Clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) or able to sit for clinical licensure required. We will help you! Prior experience working with specialized populations in a community mental health program is preferred. Clinical experience with therapy modalities of various styles is preferred. Knowledgeable in growth and development is preferred. Able to obtain and interpret information in terms of the needs of emotionally disturbed, mentally ill youth and their families. Ability to learn the range of interventions and treatment required by this population. Maintain a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle as transporting youth is required.
