Our breakthroughs would not reach the hands of patients without our dedicated pharmaceutical manufacturing team. We rely on agile members who understand the critical impact of their role in Pfizer’s mission. Patients need colleagues like you who take pride in their work and continuously strive to improve outcomes. Your efforts ensure that patients and physicians have timely access to the medicines they need. In this role, you will operate, service, adjust, clean, and sterilize production-related equipment in compliance with cGMPs and safety regulations. You will maintain a clean room environment, complete work instructions to meet regulatory requirements, and ensure equipment functionality. This role involves reporting or correcting malfunctions, assisting in complex setup or repair operations, and managing time effectively. You will focus on professional development, take accountability for results, prioritize workflow, and assist less-experienced colleagues. Adherence to quality standards and best practices is crucial, as is maintaining accurate documentation including training records, batch records, check sheets, and log books. You will support audits, help close audit observations, and utilize automated and enterprise systems to perform tasks. Cross-functional communication with technology transfer teams, lab scientists, supply chain, quality, and engineering is also a key aspect. The position requires taking responsibility for individual contributions to team deliverables, representing the work group, fostering a positive team environment, completing assignments based on established procedures, identifying process improvements, troubleshooting issues, and providing direction and training to team members.
