About The Position
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Must understand and follow the contents of our Vision and Mission statements Prepare necessary computer and paper forms as required for sales and follow up Maintain training and knowledge Meet consistently with other members of the team to market Plumbing Attend department meetings Adhere to all of Randazzo Heating, Cooling & Electrical policies and procedures Ability to supervise apprentices and journeyman Must understand and follow the contents of our Vision and Mission statement Ability to work with sales dept., layout and labor cost Ability to interpret the plumbing code rules with management, sales, service and install dept. Working knowledge of gas piping, pressure testing, installing, brazing, soldering, troubleshooting plumbing drain, waste systems Lay out plumbing jobs (material lists/labor hours for sales department) Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams Ability to pipe sump pumps install drain, waste and vent systems., Meet with plumbing inspectors Working knowledge of Michigan res. code/national plumbing code Teach and supervise apprentice/journeyman Must always be honest and ethical Work within guidelines of Randazzo employee handbook and safety procedures Present the highest professional image of Randazzo in any method of communication All work to be done with the highest standard of quality Able to follow instructions accurately Collect all monies due to Randazzo and turn in all paperwork complete, accurate, and on time Maintain good oral and written communication skills Support the total quality effort. Identify and respond to the needs of both internal and external customers Help improve your department with suggestions and recommendations Be responsible for company vehicle. Keep vehicle clean and organized. Inform the office of any future work needed and document clearly on invoice. Willingness to accept special projects. Requirements
- Must maintain he highest attendance standards
- Must be a licensed Master plumber in the State of Michigan and maintain the License.
- Computer literate, skilled in Microsoft Office.
- Experienced in customer relations.
- Michigan Master Plummers license
