About The Position

As a Master Plumber on our Atlanta-Buford team, you will join us on our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home by supporting our Installation teams in delivering five-star shower installation and bath remodel experiences to our customers. You will report directly to our General Manager and work closely with our Installation Manager, Lead Installers, and Warehouse/Operations professionals. Why Work at West Shore Home? Requirements

An active George Master Plumber License in good standing for designated territory
A passion for using your plumbing expertise to develop the skills of those around you
Strong attention to detail
Valid Driver's License
Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication

Responsibilities

Serve as the subject matter expert at your branch for all plumbing-related operations
Balance your schedule with both office (~30%) and field work (~70%)
Review all upcoming jobs with the Installation Manager and obtain applicable permits
Schedule rough-in inspections and help facilitate pre-installation and on-site final inspections
Respond to service calls and assist Installers with plumbing-related questions over the phone or via site visits
Act as primary back up to the Installation Manager and assist with scheduling installations, completing pre-install inspections, and ordering products as needed
