With more than 7,000 customers, we are now expanding into plumbing services to better meet the needs of our community. We are seeking a licensed Master Plumber who is ready to step into a leadership role, serve as our Responsible Master Plumber (RMP), and help us launch a brand-new plumbing division. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be the foundation of a growing department with strong company backing. Requirements
- Licensed Master Plumber in the State of Texas (required)
- Willing and eligible to register as our Responsible Master Plumber (RMP)
- Strong technical plumbing skills (residential service and installation)
- Leadership ability - willing to train and supervise others
- Entrepreneurial mindset - excited to help build a division from the ground up
- Excellent customer communication and professionalism
Responsibilities
- Serve as the company's Responsible Master Plumber (RMP) with the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners
- Pull permits and ensure compliance with all plumbing codes and state regulations
- Supervise and mentor apprentices, tradesmen, and journeymen as the team grows
- Lead plumbing installations, service, and repair for residential customers
- Partner with ownership to design and grow the plumbing division
