About The Position

Master Mechanic – Motor Coach (Preferred, All Levels Considered) Location: Saint Petersburg, FL Shift: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (Must be able to work weekends and holidays) Martz Bus is seeking an experienced Full-Time Master Mechanic to support our motor coach maintenance operation. Master-level experience is preferred, but we will consider qualified A-level and advancing technicians with strong diagnostic skills. What You Will Do Diagnose and repair diesel motor coaches Perform advanced diagnostics on engines, transmissions, electronics, air systems, and HVAC Troubleshoot using manufacturer-recommended procedures Perform preventive maintenance and major/minor repairs Use and maintain diagnostic tools and shop equipment Assist and mentor other technicians as needed What We Are Looking For 5+ years of heavy-duty or motor coach mechanic experience preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills High school diploma or equivalent What You Will Need State Inspection Certification EPA 608/609 HVAC Certification CDL with Passenger Endorsement (or ability to obtain) Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand, bend, and work in shop/outdoor environments Strong attention to detail and safety-focused work habits Why Martz? Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair diesel motor coaches
