Validate technical specs; process tooling orders/updates. Ensure data accuracy and compliance; document changes in SAP and SharePoint. Prioritize requests by service levels and timelines; support audits. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Vendors, Operations, and CFS to resolve discrepancies and keep production/invoicing running smoothly. Bring out the best in yourself! Reporting to the Master Data Coordinator, the Master Data Technician’s mission is to create and organize master data related to the company's various business processes in databases to maintain the integrity, quality and accessibility of the information produced and to help achieve his or her department’s mandates. You participate in the achievement of business objectives by analyzing operational requests and ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures. In addition, you ensure the rigorous follow-up and documentation of requests with business partners using the ticket management tool. Finally, you stay on the lookout for opportunities for improvement in order to optimize existing processes and limit financial risks. Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in data entry or administrative tasks
  • Ability to analyze data and ensure that tasks are completed with high accuracy and consistency
  • Strong communicator and team player who works effectively with cross-functional departments
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented approach to work, ensuring all items are accurately created, updated and documented
  • College studies in Administration, Supply Chain, Data management or Information Technology (asset)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to follow a set methodology and handle repetitive tasks without compromising quality
  • Exemplary rigour in management
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work with a range of partners
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and colleagues
  • Ability to translate challenges into concrete solutions
