Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or computer science.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in MDM solutions.
Hands-on experience with MDM tools such as Ataccama, Informatica, or SAP MDG.
Strong understanding of data architectures and ETL processes.
Ability to design and implement data matching and survivorship rules.
Experience integrating MDM with ERP and CRM systems.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and ensure data quality.
Excellent communication skills to convey technical topics to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to capture data requirements and ensure master data quality.
Lead the design, development, and enrichment of master data.
Implement and maintain MDM solutions, managing data matching and hierarchy.
Perform data profiling, cleansing, and enrichment.
Develop workflows within MDM tools to enhance business processes.
Oversee governance policies for master data quality.
Create training materials and provide training for business users.
Regularly assess MDM processes and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with data handling regulations.
