This role supports master data initiatives through data extraction, dashboard maintenance, and actionable analysis, delivering accurate, timely information that drives decisions. Partnering with cross-functional teams, the analyst helps define, implement, and uphold master data standards, processes, and governance. Success in this role requires strong data management expertise, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • 2+ years’ experience in data management, with a focus on master data management and governance.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Experience with Oracle preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to manufacturing and engineering environments preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage item creation and discontinuation, including BOMs, routings, and attributes, ensuring workflows meet service-level targets.
  • Enforce data governance standards to maintain accurate, complete, and reliable master data.
  • Extract and prepare data using OTBI, SAP Business Objects, and Excel.
  • Clean, validate, and standardize data to ensure high-quality, analysis-ready outputs.
  • Conduct routine data integrity checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain and update master data records.
  • Deliver timely responses to ad-hoc data requests from supply chain teams (Inventory, Demand Planning, Quality, Supply Planning, Sourcing, and MDM).
  • Organize and maintain SharePoint content for easy access and usability.

  • Compensation: The expected annual base pay range for this role is $30 - $37 an hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
