About The Position

This role supports the Master Data team’s daily operations and project work, with an emphasis on enhancing data quality, improving reporting visibility, and advancing key strategic initiatives. The position offers hands-on experience across multiple systems and exposure to core data governance concepts. It includes participation in a range of projects from Spring through Summer 2026, working part time during the spring semester and transitioning to full time in the summer. The Master Data Intern will collaborate cross functionally while learning how master data supports business processes and informed decision making. This position also includes the opportunity to work closely with a mentor and participate in Menasha Corporation’s Intern Program, which emphasizes connection, experience-building, and professional development. Essential to this Position The Master Data Intern is responsible for a variety of tasks that support both operational and project-based work. Strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines are critical to success in this role. The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, passionate about data quality, and motivated to support the team’s objectives.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related business field
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Perform routine data quality audits and manage follow-up tasks resulting from findings
• Assist with requirements gathering for reporting and project planning efforts
• Provide project support for strategic initiatives
• Support activities related to product lifecycle management
• Execute hands-on tasks that support Master Data team workflows
• Maintain and enhance resource documentation and tools used by the team
• Contribute to a culture of Continuous Improvement
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization
