Requirements

2+ years of relevant experience
Experience with data management and analytics tools such as SAP, Salesforce and Microsoft products a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a team player.

Responsibilities

Answering Calls Small call center for 1 client, assisting the Sales Reps of the client with customer cases.
Work with the case owners regarding cases from the calls.
Maintain and create positive relationships with the Sales Reps
Escalate issues as needed to management.
Material Create/Maintain Setup 3PL materials based on documentation in Salesforce
Maintain changes as requested in Salesforce case
Troubleshoot batching issues
Escalated issues as needed to management.
Data Governance Initiatives Assist and ensure that all initiatives set out by Data Governance are met through current and new process implementation
Develop and distribute documentation around all processes to be distributed and used by internal and external stakeholders
