Requirements

10+ years of professional experience in carpentry, remodeling, or construction
Experience across multiple trades including carpentry, drywall, flooring, light plumbing, and light electrical
Ability to complete full remodeling projects independently from start to finish
Valid driver’s license
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Experience with or comfort estimating remodeling jobs
Must currently reside in Horry County

Prior experience working as a General Contractor (GC)

Responsibilities

Complete full remodel projects (kitchen, bath, siding, interior and exterior) from start to finish
Perform a wide range of home improvement tasks including: Carpentry, Drywall repair and installation, Flooring installation, Window and door installation, Minor plumbing and electrical work
Maintain high craftsmanship standards and ensure project quality
Assist with estimating remodeling jobs and project planning
Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and team members
Travel locally to job sites within the Brunswick County service area
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
