Dispatch work to all group members in a fair equitable manner. Ensure technicians are properly trained and have breadth of experience necessary to cover customer needs. Resolve customer request, questions, and concerns in a professional, friendly, and prompt manner. Develop a production plan each month. Ensure that all manufacturer policies and procedures are followed. High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. We are a drug free workplace. Requirements

Prior Dealership or Private Repair Experience
Solid Automotive Line Techs / Mechanics
ASE Certifications
Strong work ethic
Skilled at teaching others how and why to perform their job
A great communicator with a positive attitude
Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
