Requirements

Prior Dealership or Private Repair Experience
Solid Automotive Line Techs / Mechanics
ASE Certifications
Strong work ethic
Skilled at teaching others how and why to perform their job
A great communicator with a positive attitude
Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

Produce billable labor on the vehicles brought into the Service Department for service or repair.
Dispatch work to all group members in a fair equitable manner.
Ensure technicians are properly trained and have breadth of experience necessary to cover customer needs.
Resolve customer request, questions, and concerns in a professional, friendly, and prompt manner.
Develop a production plan each month.
Ensure that all manufacturer policies and procedures are followed.
