Rogers Motors in Lewiston Idaho has full-time openings for Master Automotive Technicians across our Toyota, Subaru, and Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram dealerships. OVERVIEW The Master Automotive Technician performs routine repairs and maintenance ranging from warranty, recalls, scheduled maintenance and customer pay. It is imperative that these tasks can be performed at the highest quality to ensure customer retention as well as an outstanding reputation. A successful candidate for the Master Automotive Technician position will have ASE Certifications or tech school degree, and at least 3 years of experience in an automotive repair environment.

Requirements

Valid Driver’s License.
High school diploma or the equivalent.
ASE Certifications or tech school degree required.
At least 3 years of experience in an automotive repair environment including, heavy duty truck or automotive repair.
Must possess computer skills.
Must possess personal tools necessary to perform repairs.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
Ability to operate all shop equipment.
Self-motivated and capable of working efficiently with little supervision.
Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Drivability, electrical diagnosis and air conditioning repairs.
Routine repairs and maintenance related to warranty, recalls, and scheduled maintenance.
Operate inspection software.
