Full management responsibility of a team of professionals, including management of people, to include performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions/terminations and budget approval Develop detailed processes that are aligned to the Reference Data strategy / architecture enablement Ensure alignment to the enterprise data governance policy and standards to meet its specific requirements Influences and negotiates with senior leaders (across functions); may communicate and negotiate with external parties Develops and manages the strategy (architectural or adoption or governance or portfolio) for a group (portfolio) of domain Ensure the Enterprise Reference Data processes and tooling are created and implemented in a manner that creates value for businesses to adopt Partner with Functions, Businesses and Regions to identify gaps in current data domain and lifecycle governance and management processes, and ensure data governance objectives, framework, and processes are well understood and meets business needs and regulatory requirements Drive the successful delivery of all MRD projects ensuring stream lead and business expectation is always met or exceeded on requirements, time, cost and quality
