Massage Therapist- On Call
About The Position
The Massage Therapist is responsible for providing professional massage and body treatments to resort guests in accordance with established spa protocols and standards. This role involves assessing guest needs, delivering personalized services, and maintaining accurate treatment records. The therapist must ensure a clean, safe, and relaxing environment while upholding the highest level of guest service. Knowledge of various massage modalities, excellent communication skills, and adherence to hygiene and safety regulations are essential. This position requires a valid massage therapy license and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- Valid and current massage therapy license in California
- Minimum of 2 years of professional massage therapy experience
- proficiency in multiple massage modalities
- strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
- must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
