Your interactions with our customers will have an important impact and set the tone for their entire spa experience.
Requirements
- Be friendly and smiling
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems
- Able to demonstrate high attention to detail
- Ability to stand throughout shift and occasionally lift up to 15 lbs
Responsibilities
- Creating a wonderful spa experience for our clients, including spa set up
- Working with internal team and spa contractors on appointment scheduling
