In this role, you’ll deliver customized therapeutic massages that leave a lasting impression on our guests, helping them unwind, rejuvenate, and improve their well-being. What You’ll Do: Deliver Personalized Treatments : Provide a variety of massage techniques and body treatments tailored to each client’s unique needs, whether it’s for relaxation, pain management, or general wellness. Ensure a Serene Environment : Keep your treatment room clean, organized, and fully prepared for every guest, ensuring a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Build Connections: Conduct initial consultations to understand each guest’s needs, and educate them on the benefits of regular massage for improved health and relaxation. Promote Spa Products : Share knowledge of spa products that complement treatments and enhance at-home care. Stay Up-to-Date: Continuously pursue professional development and stay informed on the latest trends in massage therapy to provide top-notch service. Who We’re Looking For: Certified and Experienced: Licensed in New York State with a minimum of one year of experience, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting. Skilled in Technique: Proficient in various massage modalities, with the strength and skill to apply different pressure levels for therapeutic effectiveness. Customer-Focused : Friendly, professional, and committed to creating a memorable experience for every guest. Attentive and Adaptable: Aware of client feedback and able to adjust treatments to maximize therapeutic benefits. Flexible Schedule: Available to work weekends and holidays as needed to accommodate guest demand. Requirements
