We are seeking a highly motivated, eager to learn professional with strong communication skills and a growth mindset to demonstrate the business value of our AI-powered, all-in-one collaboration platform to customers. This individual is passionate about unified communications and contact center technologies. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with SaaS solutions including Meetings, Video, Voice, Contact Center, and ISV integrations. Competitive (Microsoft, Amazon, RingCentral, 8x8, Cisco) &/or legacy on-premise systems knowledge is a plus.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical experience in SaaS technologies
  • SaaS Collaboration Sales, Customer Success, or Tech Support experience (i.e. conferencing, voice, UCaaS, CCaaS)
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively across diverse audiences—from technical experts to business stakeholders—in both intimate settings and large-scale presentations
  • Understanding of solution sales and the sales cycle
  • Be flexible and able to function in a high growth environment
  • Be adaptive to the rapid changes and enhancements of a UCaaS solution across all product lines
  • Typically requires Bachelor of Science (BS) / Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in customer facing technical role is preferred
  • Knowledge of traditional voice communications systems and applications
  • Working knowledge of packet captures - how to read and decipher
  • End-to-end IT systems knowledge
  • Formulate and communicate a technical solution / vision
  • Understand Zoom partner and ecosystem partners, products and applications
  • Competitive knowledge in UCaaS and ISV market

Responsibilities

  • Designing next generation communication solutions for Zoom customers
  • Conducting demonstrations and POCs (proof of concept) for prospective and existing Zoom customers
  • Translating customer problems into technical solutions and business outcomes
  • Communicating strategic value of Zoom over competitive offers
  • Preparing responses to RFQ/RFPs
  • Assisting in the scoping of professional services engagements
  • Working cross-functionally within Zoom to deliver customer happiness
  • Driving Zoom product direction and innovation
  • Learning and growing with Zoom’s platform as it constantly and rapidly evolves
