About The Position

Cedar Park Group is seeking a skilled Mason / Concrete Laborer for a project in Oriskany Falls, NY . This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on concrete and masonry experience who are ready to start immediately and bring their own tools to support finishing and installation work on-site. Schedule/Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Position Overview The Mason / Concrete Laborer will support concrete placement, finishing, and masonry-related tasks including surface leveling, edging, and general site work. The ideal candidate has solid field experience, is comfortable using hand tools, and can work efficiently as part of a crew while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of concrete and masonry experience
Must bring tools of the trade , including: Bull float Hand trowels Edger Additional concrete finishing tools
Experience with concrete finishing and surface work
OSHA 10 required
Reliable transportation
Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a crew

Nice To Haves

Experience using a power trowel

Responsibilities

Assist with concrete placement and finishing
Use tools such as bull floats, trowels, and edgers to achieve proper surface finish
Perform basic masonry and concrete labor tasks as needed
Support site preparation and cleanup activities
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow all jobsite safety procedures and OSHA standards
Work with the crew to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule
