About The Position

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Maserati Shop Foreman. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry. Located at Napleton Mid Rivers Maserati in St. Peters, Missouri, the Maserati Shop Foreman will lead the shop in vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is affiliated with over 25 brands of new vehicles and 50+ dealerships throughout seven states. Our strength comes from the more than 3,500 employees nationwide. Requirements

  • Maserati Technician experience required
  • Maserati certifications required
  • Shop Foreman experience
  • Excellent customer service
  • Strong communication skills
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy

Responsibilities

  • Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive Customer loyalty.
  • Communicating with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication.
  • Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
  • Adequately explains technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers
  • Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate
  • Keeps store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur
  • Maintains an organized work area
