About The Position

The Tennessee Titans are seeking a Fellow to assist with the day-to-day operations of supporting the Titans Entertainment and Fan Engagement department, primarily the Mascot Entertainment team. The Fellow must also be capable of working across different departments and cultivating relationships within and outside of the organization. In addition to the job responsibilities described below, the Fellow will take part in various professional development opportunities throughout the term of the Fellowship Program to develop skills critical to future career growth. This is a temporary, full-time position that will begin on June 10, 2026, and conclude on May 21, 2027.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required.
  • Previous experience as a mascot is required; collegiate mascot experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Outlook required
  • High energy, positive attitude with a creative and outgoing personality
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in speaking and writing
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, maintaining a professional demeanor when interacting with team members, customers and/or vendors
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, especially in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to drive a company vehicle
  • Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
  • This is an in-person role working out of both the Titans Practice Facility and Nissan Stadium in Nashville, TN

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in software programs including Adobe Suite preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Learn the dynamics of the character, T-Rac, from the Mascot Program Manager to serve as a back-up performer, as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling appearances and school shows.
  • Assist with appearances with T-Rac and Titans Marketing events and programs.
  • Help with the planning and creation of promotional elements for the program (i.e. TennesseeTitans.com stories and updates, press releases, social media videos and posts, etc.).
  • Manage T-Rac’s email for fan mail and other requests.
  • Track media coverage and social media analytics for T-Rac.
  • Assist T-Rac on game days as needed (skits, fan interaction, promo. events, etc.).
  • Assist with game day influencers/content creators that are directly associated with T-Rac.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.
