JOB SUMMARY Under the direction and supervision of the Special Facilities Manager, the Maryknoll Park Manager on Duty (MOD) is responsible for assisting with daily operations, ensuring quality customer service, and enforcing rules, regulations, and policies. Primary duties include: supervising front desk/concessions operations, monitoring and ensuring proper cash handling protocols and addressing POS issues, completing bank deposits and monthly financial reports, overseeing food handling, stocking and inventory of food products and supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for patrons to enjoy. Other duties include but not limited to, opening and closing of the mini-golf course and splash pad, assisting with staff schedules and training, reporting maintenance and/or other issues to Special Facilities Manager, and assisting staff with food preparation and facility cleaning. This is an at-will position. Season Dates: April 24 – October 25 Orientation Dates: Starting in Mid-April with details to follow.
