We are seeking a detail-oriented MarTech Product & Ops QA Associate to join our Central Product & Marketing Technology Operations team. This individual will be responsible for executing QA processes to ensure that products, campaigns, and customer messaging are built accurately and meet the highest standards of quality before launch. The role ensures that all communications are precise, compliant, and deliver a flawless experience for our customers. This role combines campaign-level execution with end-to-end journey QA and supports User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new products or feature launches impacting product launches, migrations and feature releases impacting CRM communications. In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs. As a CRM QA Associate, you will serve as a key individual contributor, responsible for ensuring the integrity and quality of marketing campaigns, product launches and CRM driven communications across FanDuel products. You will ensure accurate audience targeting, messaging logic, automation workflows, and data flow between systems – while also supporting governance-aligned QA processes, UAT efforts tied to new business initiatives.
