The Opportunity As part of the Data and Analytics team you will lead transformative projects in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and Assets. As a Senior Manager, you will serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging your knowledge to drive results and secure operational excellence while guiding top-performing teams through complex challenges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 10 years of experience

Nice To Haves

  • Certification(s) preferred: Adobe Experience Manager Sites Architect Master, Agile certification (Scrum or SAFe), Project Management certification (PMP), or Cloud certification (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Leading complex CMS and DAM transformations
  • Shaping and delivering AEM modernization programs
  • Establishing governance, decision rights, and operating cadence with senior stakeholders and leading executive steering and escalation forums
  • Developing cross-functional teams and business development
  • Driving adoption of content supply chain practices
  • Identifying and managing delivery challenges
  • Leading change management and communications to support platform adoption and sustainable ways of working
