The Marketplace Support & Capability Development Lead serves as the primary business representative for Item and Product Content capabilities within the Marketplace. This role is responsible for ensuring that enterprise item and content capabilities effectively support Marketplace growth, seller success, and operational scalability. While not directly owning product development, this role plays a critical leadership position in shaping priorities, influencing the roadmap, and ensuring capabilities are designed and executed to meet evolving business needs. Acting as the voice of the Marketplace, this role partners across Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to align strategy, drive execution readiness, and continuously improve the item and content ecosystem.
