JOB SUMMARY The Marketplace Specialist is responsible for managing, growing, and maintaining World Emblem’s, Custom Genie and Hero’s Pride presence across third party marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, Facebook, and future channel expansions. This role owns marketplace execution end to end, with a strong focus on catalog accuracy, revenue growth, compliance, pricing strategy and performance reporting. This is a hands-on role that works closely with ecommerce, marketing, operations, and fulfillment teams.

Requirements

  • 3 plus years of experience managing marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart
  • Strong understanding of marketplace seller tools and reporting dashboards
  • Experience managing large or complex product catalogs
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data
  • High attention to detail and strong process ownership

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in B2B, manufacturing, or custom product environments
  • Familiarity with BigCommerce, Optimizely, and ERP systems
  • Experience managing Amazon Ads or Walmart Ads platforms
  • Understanding of multiple fulfillment models

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations across Amazon, Walmart, Facebook, and additional marketplace channels
  • Own product listings including titles, descriptions, imagery, attributes, variations, and compliance
  • Maintain brand consistency and data accuracy across all platforms
  • Manage marketplace pricing to remain competitive while protecting margins
  • Execute promotions, deals, and seasonal campaigns by channel
  • Monitor MAP policies and marketplace specific pricing rules
  • Monitor marketplace orders and coordinate with operations and fulfillment teams
  • Track inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overselling
  • Resolve order issues, cancellations, and platform related errors.
  • Track and report on key marketplace KPIs including revenue, conversion rate, ad spend, and contribution margin
  • Build weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership
  • Identify growth opportunities by product, category, and channel
  • Support marketplace advertising initiatives including Amazon Ads and Walmart Ads
  • Partner with internal teams or agencies on campaign execution and reporting
  • Monitor ad performance and surface risks or opportunities
  • Maintain account health across all marketplace platforms
  • Monitor policy changes, performance warnings, and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate issue resolution with marketplace support teams
